I bring experience from both residential and commercial environments. Early in my career, I installed and serviced residential cable, internet, and home networking systems, giving me a strong foundation in customer service and in-home technology. More recently, I've worked as a commercial A/V technician installing professional audio/video systems in hospitals, schools, offices, and other commercial facilities.
