Offering the following skills: Landscaping - Mix and spray / spread fertilizers, herbicides, and/or insecticides using hand sprayers and spreaders - Design, build and maintain flower beds, shrubs, turf, sod - Mulch, aerate, weed, grub, remove thatch on lawns - Trim and edge around flower beds, walks, and walls - Prune, weed, and mulch with pine needles, wood chips, and compost to control pests - Plant annuals, perennials, bulbs, corms, propagation - Safely operate power equipment such as push mower, zero turner, pruning saws - Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, hand pruners, hand cultivators, shears, electric saws, blowers - Write bids for horticulture and landscaping Cleaning - Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors - Strip, wax, and buff floors - Clean and remove debris from buildings and parking lots - Dust and sanitize counters, organize furniture and reading materials in common spaces - General cleaning in hallways and other spaces - Mobile wash - File and follow up on paperwork regarding safety issues Maintenance and Repair - Survey homes, assess damages and what work needs to be done, create detailed reports of findings - Patch and repair walls, remove mold - Hang ceiling fans and repair light fixtures - Rebuild bathroom floors - Maintain paperwork on individuals requesting service - Screen in porches - Address safety and security issues - Follow written and verbal directions from supervisors
