Karina Marie is definitely one of my favorite teachers to catch a vinyasa yoga class with in New Orleans. Knowledgeable of traditional postures and sequencing, and yet her creativity always shines through! After her class, I feel a stronger connection to my own artistic side. And I'm missing these classes while I'm in Virginia Beach!

Karina has enabled me to dramatically enhance my practice. She has a deep connection with the practice and I encourage anyone that wants to deepen their practice to work with her. Not only that, her actual classes are very pleasantly challenging. She guides you to come face to face with yourself and push yourself to that fine balance between pleasure and discomfort. We discuss injuries, limitations, and goals. We build from there.

I am a 500hr registered yoga teacher. 500hrs is the highest level of completion. However, I have over 1,000 hours of training. Within these trainings, I have studied vinyasa, power, hatha, and prenatal yoga.
