Meet April.
New Orleans Native and Army Veteran who used yoga as a tool to cope with PTSD, Postpartum Depression and so much more. I know the impact that yoga has had on my life. I made it my mission to allow others access to this same experience. I specialize in helping my students develop their physical and mental wellbeing through a variety of yoga practices. I love to help my students find ways to improve their overall well-being, with a focus on breath awareness, postural alignment, and relaxation techniques. I am passionate about helping each individual reach their goals, and I am confident that I can help you reach yours.
