Ashley Catering came to the Woman's Department Club to do a brunch for us on a Saturday. He arrived an hour early totally prepared for the event with table decorations as well as the food. Not only on Saturday but he came on Friday and made sure all the silver to be used was polished and up to his usual specification of perfection. When finished with the event my kitchen was clean and any and all of our equipment used was clean and replaced in in's proper storage. All guest raved about quality and quantity of his food. We have worked with Charles Ashley on several large events at the Caddo-Bossier Port's Regional Commerce Center (the Port). The Port has a 300 person event room along with a large catering kitchen. Charles has managed events for us such as Luncheons, Conferences, Annual Tenant Appreciation Receptions, Holiday events, just to name a few. Charles not only has provided services for the Port proper but has also managed events for several of our tenants that lease from us and our Port partners for their Ground Breaking Ceremony Luncheons, Conferences (to include International guest), Employee and Customer Appreciation Dinners ranging from 75 - 300 people. Charles stays up to date with changes and new trends in the culinary and event planning industries. He is very organized and self-motivated. He and his staff are an ease to work with. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is very competitive for the current market and reflect the quality of work you receive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We like to meet face to face so that we can discuss all details and client needs. Then we do a details and customized event profile and client quote. Once client has approved the quote we require a fifty percent deposit and we start working on your celebration.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Wedding, Corporate, Non-profits, Movie Industry and Governmental agencies however after working with a client one time we work with you a friend (our client) for years to come.
