We started our cleaning business because we had a difficult time finding experienced, honest, and punctual cleaners for ourselves, so our standards are high. I work professionally as an HR consultant and my wife works in the medical field. We work diligently to provide our cleaning clients with the best experience, from communication to the actual cleaning. All of our cleaners are background checked, and our business is insured and bonded.
Our model is based on an hourly rate. No worries about the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, etc. We have a three hour minimum. Clients can request anything they would like beyond a regular cleaning, like having the inside of your oven or refrigerator cleaned, at no extra fees.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the hour. This simplifies the process and also lets you easily let us know extra cleaning requests you want done in your home. Select the estimated hours you think it will take a cleaner to clean your home and the price is shown instantly on the website. We don’t charge you until after the cleaning is done and verifying the exact number of hours the cleaner was in your home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, please let us know in the comment box when booking what else you specifically want done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We rigorously vet all of our cleaners. We hire less than 3% of cleaners we screen. We are a licensed and insured business.
