Our pricing reflects the size and condition of your home, the type of cleaning you need (standard, deep, move-in/move-out), and how often you want service. Extras like oven or fridge cleaning are available for a small additional fee. We provide clear, upfront quotes and sometimes offer specials or referral credits, but we do not compete on being the cheapest; we focus on quality and lasting value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your home and your priorities, including square footage, bedrooms/bathrooms, and any special requests. We then provide a custom quote and schedule a convenient time. Before the appointment, we confirm details and access. On cleaning day, our insured, background-checked cleaner(s) arrive on time and follow a detailed checklist. Afterward, we invite you to inspect the home and provide feedback; if anything needs attention, we’ll return and make it right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners have years of residential cleaning experience, and Maidify Cleaning is built around strong business management, clear communication, and a consistent service process. We also use a thorough interview and vetting process, including background checks, to help ensure we work with experienced, dependable cleaners clients can feel comfortable having in their home.
