Burt catered my wedding and made my dream Louisana plantation wedding with bountiful crawfish, shrimp and jambalaya. I also have used him for two corporate events and a high school reunion. His team is professional and everyone always loves the food. I find his pricing competitive. He is my caterer of choice on the Gulf Coast.

It's not just the quality of the food that you notice, that's great, but it's the can do attitude. Burt is dependable and in my 4 experiences using him (2 church fish frys, a Mardi Gras event and a crawfish boil for the ROTC at LSU) I have never had a disappointment. I've already starting talking about our next event and wanted to make sure Burt was available; he makes my job easier.

WE hired Burt for our wedding reception and the food was fantastic. Everyone loved it! Food was one of the most important things at our wedding and we were so happy to find someone to give us a true taste of NOLA cooking!

Burt is wonderful and an absolute pleasure to work with! He has catered a party for me the past 2 years and I plan to use him for as long as I'm allowed to make that decision. He and everyone working with him are always very professional and friendly and the food is always excellent, I don't think there are ever leftovers. Not to mention, you can't beat his accent!

It is not real complicated, but what I like to do is leave it open so that I can find out what you want so that I make sure that is what you get.

Yes, I am constantly going over videos and recipes to help me learn more and different ideas.

I really enjoy cooking and interacting with our customers.
