At the end of last year I had a customer that had been on the bad end of more than 1 deal after Hurricane Katrina. I was contacted from her insurance company, so was meeting her for the first time. Almost instantly we were as comfortable as can be with each other even though she was understandingly weary about having someone that she didn't know responsible for her repairs. Job was finished ahead of time without a punch out list! Another happy customer!
