Introduction: We spend a lot of time paying attention to detail. For some people this may not be important, but big problems often start out as a little one that was left unattended and allowed to get worse. This is especially important in SE Louisiana where moisture problems are very common. Helping people better understand issues related to the property they have asked me to inspect. In my experience people generally only like surprises if they are good ones. Finding out about major maintenance or repair issues after the property is purchased is usually not a good surprise.
