I hired Chef Cody to cook dinner and dessert for a private bachelorette party in New Orleans. Chef Cody and I spoke several times before we arrived to make sure the menu was perfect! He offered great advice on what dishes to choose. We went with jalapeno cornbread, a seafood jambalaya, chicken and sausage gumbo, crawfish etouffee, and a chocolate bread pudding with homemade ice cream for dessert. He was very prompt and professional and took his time preparing the food. Most importantly, the dishes were delicious! Everyone was very happy with the meal, and it was one of our favorite parts of the trip. I would definitely hire him again!
I hire Terri to cater an event in which he prepared shrimp pasta, fried chicken, jambalaya, Swedish meatballs, greenbean casserole and stuffed eggs. He also made the most amazing sweet potatoe muffins and other desserts. All the food was delivered on time, professionally packed, already heated and very well enjoyed by all guest. Terri is a very pleasant person to work with and takes a lot of pride in his work. This is just one of the times I have hired Terri, a couple of other times were for more smaller occasions. I will hire him again and recommend him to others.
Kimberley is a creative chef who makes delicious and gorgeous food of many different tastes and styles. I have had her cater many experiences, from professional to personal parties. I have also eaten exquisite dinners that she has cooked herself many times as well. She always delivers top quality, and offers a wide range of tastes and delightful presentations. My favorites include her rich dark chocolate brownies and her asian summer rolls.
Catered art walk party - from watermelon Aqua Fresca to hand painted cookies to bruschetta bar guests could not stop raving about the food and drinks! Many inquiries about who we used - so much for trying to keep Chef Allie a secret hope we can still get her next year.
Blair is an amazing chef! She came into my air bnb and taught my group how to prepare all of our favorite foods! She was professional and fun. The menu was very diverse and handled the flow extremely well. I plan on working with Blair in the future. If you are looking for a chef to prepare a meal or teach a class she is your girl.
Chef Kimberleigh was amazing!!! My daughter has a chronic illness and was a student living on Tulane campus. Everything she ate made her sick and she was many times too exhausted to cook. Kimberleigh literally was the main reason we were able to keep my daughter at school. The entire semester she delivered hot meals and extra meals for the rest of the week or freeze. Every meal was different and every meal smelled great (lured my daughter to eat), delicious, organic and healthy and the ONLY food that did not make my daughter sick. She was very kind, on-time and provided little extras as well, bone broth, cookies, muffins for her entire suite. Just thinking how wonderful she has been brings tears to my eyes. We also used Kimberleigh for our last tailgate for my entire family- fabulous, hot and with lemon cupcakes- the best we have ever eaten! We had Beef and Barley soup last night that Michelle had frozen and we brought home...again it had a fabulous taste. Her cost was also very reasonable especially since she delivered to campus. We love you Chef Kimberleigh. Thanks for everything!
