FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When the customer hires me or considers hiring me they should know my price is always negotiable. I understand the struggle. I understand it, living through it, and trying my best to come up out it while remaining humble, kind, and compassionate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My number one priority is to fully understand what the customer wants done and be fully open to how they prefer the task at hand to be done then reasonably and kindly offer if any an alternative solution to achieve the same or better finishing results while possibly making my job easier however. How the customer wants it done is always the number 1 solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I can honestly say it's been a way of life. My education has been learned mostly hands on with some studying through chores, jobs and apprenticeships. I know I'm young but "Wisdom isn't based off age, it's based off knowledge and experience" which is gained every minute your heart beats.
