I message Brock at 10am. He responded back within 5 mins and setup an appointment to come that afternoon. The team was awesome!!! They can do the most difficult job. Soo knowledgeable about anything we ask about. He will be upfront and honest. Definitely appreciated everything. I’ll definitely be scheduling within the next month for our next project.

I need to be able to pick more responses!!! Thank you so much Brock, you did an amazing job and we appreciate it so much. We had a new wall mount that looked Greek to us. Rock was referred and I gave him and call and he came the very next day!!! He mounted our TV and went above and beyond getting us hooked up!! His work is impeccable and he did all kinds of extras to make sure rhe wires were hidden and secured behind the TV.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I am very flexible and willing to work with customers as best as possible. I will always try to make recommendations that may save the customer money if I can. My job is to make sure the customer is just as comfortable with the cost as they are in the work performed. If either cost or performance makes a customer uncomfortable then that customer is less likely to make a recommendation or call for additional services.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I treat all customers like I would treat my family or friends. I always try to keep a balance between being professional as well as having fun with every project and build a relationship of trust with my customers.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Training came from being an installation technician. That training solidified as I managed a tech company for the last 5 years. Experience with home entertainment systems has become second nature.
