I needed help with gutter repair and Reuben responded promptly. After sending a picture of our gutter, he was able to give me a very reasonable quote and was available to come do the work the next day. When he arrived, he clearly explained the problem and fixed it within an hour. I am very happy with his work.

We had Falcon Gutters do some changes to our gutters. They did an amazing job. Ruben really knows what he is doing. He made suggestions about the issues we were trying to solve and would look still look nice at the same time. We are very happy and will have Falcon Gutters back if we need to do anything else.

Ruben installedgutter guards and cleaned our gutters. He was professional and responsive, cleaned up, and made us feel comfortable and confident in his work. I would recommend seeing the type of gutter he is going to install, which I did not do. Ultimately I was fine to move forward, but would have appreciated seeing it first.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer contact us and we in a day or Teo look the project and 90% of the time we give prices the same day . If is a big project that needs different materials then we can take 2 days .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a sales guy when we begin in this industry we have to be constantly getting training on new materials , profiles , colors etc .
