FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is honest, I take what is needed for the specific job regarding quality and complexity into consideration and my pricing is reasonably flexible based on what the customer actually needs. I can build a piano or put shelving in your garage, every job is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer to personally visit the customer and introduce myself before any work is done. I feel it is important to thoroughly review their needs and discuss exactly what I would do, and how, to make absolutely certain all aspects of what they need and how I would do the job are understood and satisfactory. Given my experience I often have more efficient or preferred approaches or suggestions that surprise the customer and ultimately save money and time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Northeastern University for electrical engineering, was a white collar executive for most of my life and I am a handyman, Car Guy, patented inventor of the doggie washer, published five star rated novelist, artist , antique and modern home refinisher and past chairman of the board of a large private organization. above anything I am a people person!
