He vividly remembers getting out of school at 2:30pm, and running over to the local Italian restaurant in his hometown of Brockton, Massachusetts to start his afternoon shift as a dishwasher/bus boy. A lot has changed from then to now, but he's still as humble as his 15-year-old self. A Culinary graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. Randall had the opportunity to spend several years in Providence, honing his skills in various food settings and working under some of the best chefs in the country. Eventually, earning the title himself. Upon returning to Massachusetts Randall had the opportunity to work with one of his good friends from college on his food truck start up “Pressing It”; based out of Worcester, Massachusetts while simultaneously working as a chef for a corporate dining account. Overtime Randall has developed his own signature style. Taking the teachings of past chef mentors and doing some experimenting of his own, he's become a well-rounded chef in this industry. Now a days Chef Randall owns and operates his very own personal chef business, Ran's Kitchen. Serving the Greater Boston, Southern New Hampshire, and Maine communities.

I highly recommend Ran's kitchen. Professional, punctual, great communicator during planning phase, expertise in meal prep and presentation of food, delicious meal, complete clean-up of kitchen afterwards.

Ran and his wife were great. The food was delicious and they were so efficient and left my kitchen spotless. They also were good sports and dealt with a rowdy group of 16 for a bachelorette party. I would definitely recommend them!

All I can say is that having Ran cater our New Year's Eve dinner was perfection! The presentation was beautiful ,the food delectable and my kitchen was spotless when he left. We will be calling him again for another special occasion for sure!

Chef Ran and his team are incredible! I worked with them to pull together a 16 person dinner party in less than a week & everything was executed flawlessly. Chef Ran was super professional & responsive throughout the whole process and served a delicious 5 course meal consisting of ceviche, crab cakes, salad, lobster fra diavolo and cupcakes for dessert. He also prepared oysters, tuna tartare amongst many other phenomenal hors d'oeuvres. Everything flowed beautifully and as the host I didn't have to worry about a thing. The guests raved about how fresh the food was and loved the presentation. We can't wait to have Chef Ran back again for another awesome dinner!

Chef Ran was awesome! He had to work with a very tough space. We were on a Houseboat with a 2 burner stove top and no oven. But that didn't stop him. We had the mini grilled cheese & tomato soup shooters, mac n cheese balls, steak tips & Korean chicken BBQ 🍗, coconut rice & garlic mashed potatoes and brownie peanut butter cream parfait for dessert. EVERYTHING was so good. My family loved everything and won't stop talking about it. He had a great personality and we had a great time with him and many many many laughs!!!! Thank You Chef Ran! We hope to see you again. We highly recommend him. 5⭐️'s for sure!
