Single $650
Land $650
2-4 units $750
Condo $650

· WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECKS, CREDIT CARDS AND ZELLE PAYMENTS
· APPRAISALS CANNOT BE RELEASED UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE AND OR CHECK CLEARS.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we have a homeowner or customer in need of a real estate appraisal contact us via phone, text or email. We will have a conversation with them about what their needs are and what they are looking to gain out of the real estate appraisal. We will proceed to set up a time for our appraiser to come out to the property and perform the visual inspection of the property. We then collect the payment for the job, and back to the office we go to write your appraisal report. Typically we will turn the appraisal report and deliver via email to you within 48 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified residential real estate appraisers in both RI and MA.
We hold the proper licensure and insurance to be able to provide an accurate valuation of your home. We are FHA approved, and you can work with us with confidence!
