Joseph had great reviews and they were all true! I booked him fairly last minute for a family party and he was so easy to work with, organized, and accommodating. The music was wonderful and the crowd loved having him there. I would highly recommend him!

Can't say enough great things about Joseph. He was kind and professional from the beginning - I felt confident we made the right choice from the beginning of our conversation. When you meet Joseph it's like talking to an old friend. He's just a really good guy and super easygoing! I wish I had more time to chat with him during our party.
He was very professional, on time, quick to set up, and sounded AMAZING. He can probably sing and play anything. Personally, I really liked the tone of his voice, which is why I hired him to begin with! He's the kind of musician you really want to pull up a chair to and actually listen.
Joseph entertained a wide range of guests (over 100 people, from kids to elderly) at our outdoor bbq for 3 hours in the sticky heat, and did it seamlessly and with joy. He played a great mix of music that everyone loved and really contributed to the carefree mood of the party. We got rave reviews from our guests, everyone asking me where I found him. He's got some new fans!
Definitely hire this guy! Hope you are as lucky as we were to have Joseph play at our party. We'd hire him again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

I would give Joseph 6 stars if I could. His music is truly excellent and perfect for any setting. He took many of our requests and was gracious with every guest. A couple of guests inquired about Joseph for future parties and were delighted by his quality and diverse array of genres, bands, and eras. He was punctual and communication was excellent, aside from being an overall good guy. We will certainly be hiring him again soon.

I hired Joseph for a surprise Birthday party for my wife. It was very easy to reach out to him and talk about my needs for the party. He was very flexible and accommodating to my wishes. I was able to pick out a song list and he was open to requests and even a do not play list. The night of the party he was there on time and many guests commented on the quality of his singing. He also worked part of the night as a DJ and his mixes were good. I would highly recommend Joseph for your event you wont be sorry.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get contacted by a new customer about providing entertainment at an event, my first step is to gather basic information, including the date/time, location, number of guests, and type of event. After I have all of this information I will provide a quote for my services. If the customer decides to hire me, I will send them an invoice for a deposit, which is due before the event and will lock in the date. The final payment is due on the date of the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been performing live music for 20 years at numerous types of events and venues, including everything from weddings, private parties, and corporate events, to house shows, club shows, and festival dates. In total, I have played over 500 events in my career.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first started playing live music when I was 13 years old. I became a professional in my mid 20s and have been self-employed as a musician for 6+ years.
