- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a specific fee schedule as I prefer to understand what services my client would like and then we have a conversation about what works for them. I am pleased to say that I have always been able to reach agreement with my clients. As a point of reference only, I typically charge, $30-40 per hour depending on breath of services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, Wine classes, Cooking Classes at Boston Education, North End restaurants, and re-take week long Bartending Masters class every 4 years to stay fresh. . TIPS class/certification.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had to bartend my way through college and graduate school and always wanted to open a bar/restaurant. That did not come to fruition as I became engulfed in high tech world. I am now living my dream and it is fantastic! Doing this work is like going home again! It keeps me young and I have the pleasure of meeting a ton of great new people.
