Elsayed respondes quickly to my project and provided me with a very reasonable estimate. He showed up at 7 on a Sunday morning and worked all day until all the kitchen cabinets and new plumbing fixtures were installed. He even returned to change the sink once the countertop was installed. Very impressed by his punctuality and clear desire to do a high quality job in a timely manner. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen!

I contacted Stephen after I had Terrible mess made in my basement by another company He contacted me that same day I emailed him. He called me with a quote and came when he said he said he would. My only regret is that I did not know him before I hired the other company. The mess he had to repair and how he managed to repair it was beyond my expectations . I would highly recommend him. J. I have given Sam progressively more difficult jobs over the last year and have been happy with the quality of his work, his great attitude, professionalism, artistic sense and fair price. Work he has done for me includes installing new basement windows with cement, installing stucco on my sunporch and garage, and installing a new driveway and patio with red clay brick. Sam often sends texts to me with pictures of his work. He is proud of his work and I am a happy homeowner who is getting compliments from the neighbors. Nathan

I sent in my request at midnight and the next day in the morning they were here and said they could actually do three out of three projects where I thought they only could do two out of three projects. They were so nice and did great work very polite and very reasonable Replace basement windows fixed lag bolts under the deck and did some roofing work. I'm selling the house and the new buyer wanted all of this done and for years I've been trying to find someone just to do the basement windows Good people. Good job. Good price. And right on time. What more could you ask for?

It was a great experience from the start. Strongmen Waterproofing responded to our need for a patch to a leaking basement foundation crack immediately and worked around our schedule. They were professional about contact and gave pricing after looking at the problem. The pricing was clear and given as a formal quote that the customer can look at and approve. No surprise charges after the fact, which I appreciated. They were great about not only assessing and explaining the right solution to our waterproofing problem in the basement, but also explaining why other solutions wouldn't work. They arrived on time, kept me posted on the progress, were respectful of our home, and cleaned up after themselves. We haven't had an issue with the work, but it's nice to know that it's guaranteed for life! I'd recommend Strongmen to anyone looking for fair, professional, waterproofing.

We are remodeling our kitchen. Eduardo is an excellent communicator. He always returns our calls/text msg. Mistakes were made earlier. They forgot to seal our bedroom door during the demolition. Thankfully, Eduardo himself clean the bedroom afterward. Cement were dripping through the basement causing a mess in our basement. They promised to replace the insulation in the basement (We trust they'll keep their promise). This is our first major project. So it was a bit frustrating at first. But it's getting better as it progress. We added other little projects around the house, i.e. painting the hallway, replace doors, etc. Work is still in progress.... They do a good job so far.

Mark Dubois's Custom Carpentry did an amazing job finishing our basement. Our new space includes a 3/4 bathroom, game room and workout area. Mark even designed and built custom built-ins, making the final product exceed our expectations. Mark was in constant communication, prompt, neat (always cleaned up before leaving) and did high quality work within our budget. We also hired Mark to replace two exterior doors and repair some cracked floor tiles. Highly recommend.

RJ Development did a great job on our electrical needs in an attic that had very little power. Pricing was fair and the job was done same day when he came to quote it. He worked hard until the job was done into the night and completed everything he said he'd do. After happily wiring and hanging 2 large light fixtures and adding several electrical outlets, we were very pleased with his work and had him return form another larger project a few weeks later to include running another circuit for more power (from basement to attic!) and installing two floorboard heaters. He worked and did it all in a day and did a professional job that works great and is discreet in keeping with the rustic decor. Very fairly priced and worked quietly and consistently until the job was complete. We're happy with our project and would hire again. Definitely recommend.

.RMPaolino Construction was contracted to remodel my unfinished basement and install baseboard heat throughout my house. Mr. Paolino and his team did an outstanding job planning and accomplishing this difficult job. The work was scheduled so that it caused me very little inconvenience and all phases of the job were completed on schedule. All of the work and construction materials were of professional grade, and the overall price tag was more than reasonable. I intend to hire Mr. Paolino to do other work on my property. Because my house is 114 years old, many adjustments and accommodations had to be made in order to accomplish everything I wanted. Nevertheless, Mr. Paolino worked around all of the obstacles and got everything done that I requested. And it looks great. I highly recommend his services. The overall project included the items listed below. 1. Cleared the basement of all junk and debris. 2. Removed the old boiler from the basement and 12 radiators and pipes throughout the house. 3. Removed all of the old steam piping, old excess electrical wires and unused gas lines running through the basement. 4. Removed all artificial walls, ceilings and floors throughout the basement. 5. Installed a brand new modern boiler and enclosed it with walls with sliding doors for access. 6. Installed baseboard heaters throughout the three-story house. 7. Replaced numerous copper water pipes with fiberglass pipes and insulated the copper piping that was not replaced. 8. Replaced seven basement windows with new windows. 9. Restored the worn brick walls of the basement 10. Framed the entire basement and installed insulation. 11. Installed and painted dry wall throughout the basement. 12. The electrical circuit box was replaced and electrical and cable ready outlets were installed all around the walls. The electrical circuit breaker, gas meter and water meter were enclosed in a small room with an access door. 13. A utility area was created on a raised platform where a washer, dryer, and sink were installed. 14. The basement floor was covered with an industrial strength carpet. 15. A drop ceiling with large panels with embedded florescent lights was installed.

Daniel did a large tile job in our basement. After a recent flood, we needed to replace our pergo flooring. Tile can be so expensive but Daniel worked with our budget and got the job done. We will definitely be recommending him to friends and family. I was very stressed to get the job done by Thanksgiving and Daniel promised me it would be done. It was indeed done and I couldn't be more grateful for his hard work! Thank you again!

Stan came and fixed a rotted basement sill and cracked floor joist. He went out of his way to readjust his schedule because we were on a time crunch to get some work done prior to a home inspection. The work was completed in a timely manner and the cost was more than fair. I would recommend him to family and call him in the future for any other work that we might need done.

Baystate Group Associates recently finished our 750 sq foot basement and the end result far exceeded our expectations. Victor stayed engaged with my wife and I daily throughout the project and kept us updated on the progress daily. I don't think the basement would have come out as it did if Victor didn't make several great recommendations along the way in regards to the basement layout, fixtures, colors, and other specific details. The team's that were at our house at various times throughout the job made sure that everything was clean and spotless at the end of everyday. I highly recommend VIctor and Baystate Group Associates for any refinished basement, remodeling, or building needs.

Paul and his team recently renovated our bathroom and they were fantastic! They completely gutted the bathroom, removed the bath and built a walk in shower, tiled the floor and the shower walls, applied wainscoting and installed all new fixtures as well as waterproofing our window. They helped us out with design ideas purchased the tile and other plumbing parts, waterproofed the shower and we're happy to pick up all the other items we had ordered including the shower doors. Paul and his team were always punctual and worked hard throughout the day, they even came on a Saturday to work on the bathroom so we would have it ready sooner. They cleaned up after the work was finished and took away all the trash. The quote was very reasonable. We would highly recommend Supreme Home Improvement.

Mark and his crew at Top Notch are honest, professional, hard working and personable. The price is a great value for their service. Before Mark worked on the basement of my old Victorian home, its concrete floor was always wet and the room was extremely moldy. When it rained, water would pour like a waterfall through the old cement between the rocks in the walls and my sump pump was always running, even when there was no rain. But what made matters worse, my family and I had developed chronic headaches, asthma and lung and sinus infections. We were frequently ill and I missed a lot of work. Mark gave me a fair price to remediate not only the concrete and rock-style basement, but also the adjacent dirt crawl space under my den -that was originally an outdoor patio. He dug out and built a gravel-filled trench around the perimeter, hauling away large quantities of wet soil. He made sure water would flow from anywhere in the trench to a deep sump container he inserted into the floor. Mark used an impermeable sealant fabric on the walls to direct any water seepage directly into the trench and topped the trench with a special cover. Mark's team then double sprayed and painted all exposed wood and surfaces with a mold killer and a special sealant paint to block any future mold growth or spore release. They lined the entire dirt crawl space with the special fabric and added insulation in the subflooring and exterior walls. His team cleaned the room thoroughly when they were done and hauled away all of the wet soil they dug out of the trenches. And, they were quick and efficient- they completed the whole job in less than three days. Remarkable! Mark's work was so thorough that now, even when it rains the sump rarely kicks in because the deep trench redirects moisture below the floor level of my basement. My basement is so dry now that we can actually use it to store things. What Mark and his team did to my basement changed my life. My daughters and I feel so much better; we are no longer sick - our asthma, lung infections, headaches and brain fog are gone. It was gradual, but within six months after he completed the job, all mold related symptoms disappeared completely and I feel like a new person. I'm grateful for Mark's service and I highly recommend Top Notch to anyone who has basement problems.
