Not only was SUPER SERV late, but the first group of employees that came to clean our carpets oversaturated it with water. It seemed that there was 1 professional person and 1 intern. The intern did all the cleaning. After 2 days of hoping that the carpet would dry, we contacted them because our carpets smelled like mildew. The second time, a man came and re-did our carpets. While the smell has gotten a little bit better, the carpets are absolutely ruined. Not only this, our entire apartment smells like mildew. If a company makes a mistake, acknowledge it. Take ownership and fix it. We are thoroughly disappointed.

Super Serv did an amazing job cleaning the carpet in our apartment after the previous tenants left them completely filthy. We scheduled the appointment at 9 PM and they were there at 10 AM the next morning. The technician was so nice and helpful and very prompt. They carpets look amazing now. They really saved the day!
