My rugs were a mess between kids and a cat with a hair ball issue. I had had a bad experience with carpet cleaning and was worried doing it so close to thanksgiving but after speaking with the guys at Super Serv I went for it and I’m glad I did. They arrived on time, did a quick walk through and got to work, he got the job done quickly and my rugs look beautiful!! They were 98% dry by the next morning and my only suggestion would be to have them tell customers that any bumps in the rug (due to the suction) will be gone when the rugs dry. I did not know this and messaged them about it and they immediately got back to me and explained this. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for carpet cleaning.

Not only was SUPER SERV late, but the first group of employees that came to clean our carpets oversaturated it with water. It seemed that there was 1 professional person and 1 intern. The intern did all the cleaning. After 2 days of hoping that the carpet would dry, we contacted them because our carpets smelled like mildew. The second time, a man came and re-did our carpets. While the smell has gotten a little bit better, the carpets are absolutely ruined. Not only this, our entire apartment smells like mildew.
If a company makes a mistake, acknowledge it. Take ownership and fix it. We are thoroughly disappointed.

Super Serv did an amazing job cleaning the carpet in our apartment after the previous tenants left them completely filthy. We scheduled the appointment at 9 PM and they were there at 10 AM the next morning. The technician was so nice and helpful and very prompt. They carpets look amazing now. They really saved the day!
