Hi Medjine, Thank you so much for your review, I really appreciate your feedback about the American Heart Association BLS course in Norwood. At CPR of America we take safety precautions seriously, at our Norwood location we only allow three students per class. Other guidelines that we follow include requiring students to wear gloves, providing students with hand sanitizer, requiring students to wear a face covering, and providing antibacterial Alcohol Wipes. Furthermore, I am also glad that you enjoyed your instructor for your BLS course and I am glad that you learned the importance of high quality CPR. The BLS course provides students with the skills to administer high quality chest compressions, use an AED, perform two-rescuer CPR, provide abdominal thrusts (Heimlich maneuver) to a responsive choking victim, and how to use a bag mask device. Hello Kelly, I am overjoyed to hear that you had a positive experience at your BLS course in Cambridge, MA. During that course we portray the importance of compressions, use of an AED, team dynamics, the proper positioning of a bag mask device, two rescuer CPR, and the heimlich maneuver.
