- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing which can be found on our websites. We have a site for Boston and one for Worcester.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come to your house for a free assessment. After discussing your challenges and goals, we will recommend a path forward which may include a single touch up lesson or a package of multiple lessons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers are certified by the Instinctive Dog Trainers Association (IDTA). This training approach recognizes that dogs are pack animals and the human family members are the pack leaders. This approach also does not use clickers, treats, or collars, rather it relies on praise (or lack thereof) to motivate the dog.
