I'm not very computer savvy. I could only describe my issues in general terms. Michael was unfazed and began to narrow down the problem by having me attempt several tasks. The initial job quote was very fair. As the problem ended up being a disc failure, Michael, still unfazed offered several options from me replacing the hard drive to sending the computer to him. With his help and encouragement I replaced it myself. Well into the evening, we were working on the issue. He sent software that I would need and at one point took over my computer remotely to do some sophisticated stuff I can't understand. All with good cheer. Will use him again, in fact I saved his number
I was given a computer from a friend and Ray was able to save all her files onto a thumb drive and then take the computer back to factory settings and get me set up on it. He increased the ram from 4-8 and installed Microsoft office. He then set up my wireless printer on my new laptop as well. He also can now assist me remotely if needed and that is a great option for me. He was professional friendly and took his time explaining everything too me. I now have a brand new computer all for under $200. I would highly recommend Ray!

One of A Plus Computer Services IT Support Specialists...Hicham Jaafary came on Sat. morning and worked very quickly and efficiently to set up my new 4 in 1 printer, fax, scanner, copier. He set it up for wireless and USB (in case of wireless being down) and showed me how to use everything. Hicham proved to be very knowledgable, nice, professional and helpful. He even looked at the performance of my computer and made a great suggestion of what product to buy at Best Buy or Staples to clean up my hard drive, for faster performance. Overall, he was EXCELLENT!

Lee arrived on time and prepared to resolve a persistant paper jamming issue I was having with my HP Laserjet 5000. He took no time to accurately diagnose the problem (worn feeder rollers). With a swift replacement of a few parts the printer was back in action. Lee cleaned the printer before completing the work. I found Lee to be easy to work with and extremely personable. I will not hesitate contacting Lee about future maintenance and supplies for my printers.
Very competent and knowledgeable. Re-connected two wireless printers, debugged children's computers and set up file share for multiple computers. Seemed to be able to handle any situation. A little more pricey than some others, but worked quickly and was worth the money. Would highly recommend!

Mr. Kimbell arrived right on time and ready to go to work on my printer repair projects. I had several broken printers. We prioritized the ones I needed most. One brand new printer had a software incompatibility with my computer! He solved that and got it connected to my internet and ready to roll. Another had a paper jam and was also failing to connect to the internet. He solved all that as well. He spent about 3 hours on the tasks and worked steadily. He had a number of excellent suggestions for me going forward and I plan to have him return to help with those. His bill was very reasonable. He clearly loves his work and enjoys a challenge. I plan to hire him again. He was a very friendly agreeable person. You should hire him!
