Nothing short of mind blowing and life changing! If you are looking for a way to get your life and spiritual health back on track and want to work on becoming the best person you can be, then I highly suggest going to Richer Life Journey! Especially if you are stuck in a rut or feeling depressed, fatigued and desperate need of a jump start and guidance. I see Molly Ryan at the Richer Life Journey Center. I have a chronic illness, had been very fatigued and feeling really lost and depressed. Main stream medical has failed me so I wanted to try some less conventional types of treatments to see if I could at least get my energy up and centered. I didn't know to much about reiki other than it cleans up your energy and centers it. First off Molly is an amazing and gifted woman. She is compassionate and truly wants to help people. I go in there a mess and a scatter brain and leave feeling special, grounded and truly loved by her. I feel like I am important and I do count. That is a gift within itself . Not only is Molly a reiki master, but she is also a medium and intuitive healer. I had no clue what I was in for. I feel she is one of those gifted people you see on TV or read about. I have been getting the color and sound reiki sessions. It's over an hour long and in just a few minutes I am deeply relaxed. Buckets of stress wash away. Durring the sessions there are sounds and smells. I can physically feel a shift durring this time as spirit works through her. The more times I went the more I could "feel" durring the sessions. It was quite exciting and even more so when we discussed it together latter and found we shared similar experiences durring our time together. Equally important and impressive is the period after the session where she discusses with you what information she received from you and spirit. Yes she is very gifted and can tap into all of that. I actually tag on an extra half an hour of counseling also. I believe she may be a certified Councelor or has some sort of degree also. But durring the time after the session she explains what she saw as she worked with each individual chakra and if need be, things to be worked on and or adjusted in your life. This part of the session was mind blowing. She knew things about me that she could not have possibly known. Some of the things I did not even know or recognize at the time! For instance my inner voice is very negative twords myself and that certain things in my past regarding my family were still impacting me in a negative way. She not only points these things out to you but she also directs you to the begining point on working on them in a positive constructive way. I have to say that working with Molly helped me open up my eyes to a whole new world and with her help and loving direction she guided me to a point where I was able to work on myself and was able to achieve a level of inner happiness, peace and ballance. I looked at things differently and approached obstacles in a different manner. After just a few sessions I felt more grounded than I had in years. I understand myself more, have a plan and I feel a lot better and have more energy. Molly made me feel special and loved. She is a beautiful compassionate and gifted woman. Positive energy just radiates from her and through her tallent. She truly cares about you as an individual and has a calling to help people. With her gift and her big heart that is exactly what she does. I highly recommend Molly if you are looking to try reiki I can't recommend her enough and highly recommend doing the extra counceling session at the end to go over the session thoroughly and to gain her experienced insight and guidance. Meeting and working with Molly has been a life altering experience for me and I feel a closeness to her and consider her my mentor, my shaman and my friend. She helped me find myself again and to no longer be defined by my illness. Stacey Carbary

Testimonial: Individual Therapy A bit less than a year ago, following a series of unfortunate events in my life, I had reached a really low point. Emotionally, mentally and physically drained, I knew that I needed to find the strength to continue living, and out of sheer desperation, I finally reached out to Rita, It was the best decision I ever made. Over the past 10 months, she has helped me experience growth that for me was unimaginable. In a loving and compassionate manner, she has helped me to identify both the destructive behavior patterns that led to my subsequent bouts of depression as well as the traumatic events and family history that contributed to the creation of these destructive patterns. Most importantly, she has taught me how to change these destructive patterns and replace them with positive, healthy, self-affirming ones. In less than a year, Rita has positively influenced almost every aspect of my life. I am learning to identify and arrest addictive behaviors, replace negative thought patterns with positive self-talk and eliminate unhealthy behaviors and toxic people from my life. I am practicing self-love and becoming my best self. As a result, my marriage and family relationships have improved and my career continues to blossom. I have lost over 45 pounds and I am finally learning what it means to be truly happy, healthy and whole -- mind, body and spirit. I am learning to clearly identify my goals and attain them. I totally attribute my growth to working with Rita. There is an old saying: The sick mind doesnt know that its sick. Whether it is in your personal or professional life, Rita's incredible talent lies in her ability to assist you with identifying (and sometimes just acknowledging) the source of your pain or whatever it is that may be holding you back. More importantly, she accompanies you on the path of self-healing, and provides the tools necessary to complete the journey. That is Ritas gift to her clients. It is a gift that is priceless. --Anonymous in Massachusetts
Dr. Kathy performed our son’s baptism ceremony. It was such a lovely event. Dr. Kathy is kind, patient, well versed, and an excellent speaker. Our family is still talking about how personalized and special the baptism was. Thanks Dr. Kathy and God bless!
Deborah Owen's skills in helping my husband and I sort through step-parenting concerns are top-notch. She is able to look ahead and gave us sign posts to look for on our way to smoother communications. She is very responsive and clear - we feel our time is valued. With two working parents, raising great kids takes focus and Deborah Owen helped us cultivate a stronger focus. I highly recommend!
I work with individuals to develop a variety of skills that can help them to effectively cope with relationships such as marriage, parenting, friendship and work. I believe that existing isues and potential problems can be prevented or minimized.
I offer individual, couple and family therapy as well as classes and support groups for parents. Since each individual (child or adult) and family presents a unique set of circumstances, we can discuss which form is best suited to your needs. I have worked successfully with hundreds of people, helping them overcome anxiety, sadness, difficult relationships, the effects of infidelity, trauma, sexual mistreatment and abuse, isolation, lack of motivation and procrastination, family problems, substance use and gambling problems, everyday life stress and more. I accept most major insurance plans.
A very patient, attentive, and able to put himself in ones shoes to see the big picture thus being able to get to the root of the issue, not just a feel good temporary bandaid approach like many counselors I've known.
Are you noticing that life is not what you anticipated it to be? The house/life partner/family/financial security/white-picket fence dream that you're sold as a child seems to be forever beyond your reach? Do you watch others with wonder and envy how they're able to do it, and why you cannot? Or perhaps you have it, and it is not what you imagined it to be, and you cannot understand why you're simply not happy? The constant comparing of yourself and others can produce feelings of inadequacy, hopelessness, anxiety, lack of direction, depression, and just feeling lost in a very huge world. But you aren't alone! This is a test a lot of adults wrestle with as we, reminisce and wonder where the time went. It feels as if you were turning into an adult just yesterday, and with all the ambitions and hopes of tomorrow placed in front of you. Mary is a wonderful therapist to work with. She knows our child so well and is always looking for more information from us so she can understand our child even better. Mary was able to accommodate us many times when a school problem arose and is a great resource for school-related issues. She has recommended great strategies that we use everyday to help our ADHD child deal with frustrations. I would recommend Mary for the caring, thoughtful and empathetic way she interacts with my child and entire family.
Sarah was so helpful and kind. I would 100% recommend her for any family that needs help with communication issues. She was a great listener and also gave us great advice and solutions to help deal with our family issues, including extended family and dealing with a newborn.
It's going great with Michael. He has superb insights and tells you honestly what you need to hear. I will continue to do counseling with him for the time being.
