They diagnosed the problem and were able to order the replacement part and install it quickly. After we chatted about the likely causes of this failure and they remediated the air intake outside the house to attempt for moisture to not get into it during heavy rain. Overall a pleasure working with them, highly professional."See more

I used my phone to record the targeted areas and received a 3-D rendering of my house with all of their proposed work. Scheduling was easy. They coordinated ALL of the MassSaves program work, the permitting, the (unexpected) removal by a licensed electrician of some old electrical wiring, and even the venting of a bathroom vent that a prior contractor hadn't completed properly. My project was not easy, and they did a great job! I was very happy with the service and support I received at every step of the process. It was still winter temps when they did my project and I could immediately feel the difference. Plus my house seems quieter to outside noises. I chose to have the insulation blown-in from the inside (vs having to repaint/repair exterior siding) and I could see how thoroughly they insulated. I'm looking forward to seeing how my heating and AC bills will be reduced. I highly recommend SeeAir!"See more

I would rate Ecco Air solutions 5 stars in all 5 qualities but Thumbtack only lets me do three. Mike was polite, responsive, professional, honest, and extremely helpful. The price was similar to other businesses and the quality of the work was excellent. He was diligent and meticulous and gave my furnace a detailed lookover. The thing I appreciated the most was his transparency and willingness to explain things to a heating/cooling novice like myself. He treated me like a human being and gave full explanations to help me understand the issues I faced with my equipment. I would love for him to return again and I highly recommend him to others. ---------------------------- 2023 update I couldn't say better things about Mike and his Crew at ECCO air solution. I reached a bit late in the season for AC maintenance but Mike communicated so well and was very willing to be flexible with scheduling (I work crazy hours). He is the utmost professional and provides excellent customer service. His demeanor and service have not changed since the year prior. He provides meticulous but efficient service and is upfront about his costs. He remains transparent about his reasoning for any issues and I find him to be extremely trustworthy which is probably the most important characteristic I want in someone who is taking care of something I know very little about. I continue to highly recommend him to others and am only too happy to post a great review to help his business.
