Eli came back the second time to fix the problem without asking for an extra fee. He did a good job managing it and so far it works well. Hopefully the problem was fixed and won't bother us again. Thanks Eli.

Quite responsive , they responded at mid night and scheduled for next morning . Eli was on time and quite professional, except for some negotiations. He fixed the bracket issue but also identified the root cause of the problem and replaced the pulley , cables and springs . I am pretty satisfied with his work .
