GT Granite & Marble just installed quartz countertop for our brand new kitchen. Very dissappointed. I don't want to rate Terrible only because Thiego came back three days later after we first complained problems with the seams (one of the quartz seams near our kitchen post is more than 1/4 inch wide). He and his guys fixed that seam. However, there is another terrible problem. The templating was not done right so there is an almost one-nail-wide gap where the countertop should connect to the kitchen wall. Thiego said there is nothing he can do except painting the gap (if my building doesn't do it). When you spend $$$$ on your countertop for your brand new kitchen, you know how dissapointing this experience is.
