Introduction: I am a Kripalu Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor looking to shed knowledge, guidance and support to anyone in search for holistic/alternative healing through the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. I offer health and wellness counseling through the lens of Ayurveda, where I give my clients suggestions on diet, lifestyle and herbs when necessary. This was a life changing experience. Kaveri was a wealth of knowledge for my first experience with the Ayurvedic world. She introduced me to so many health benefits that i have implemented into my daily life and will continue to do so going forward. She took such care and understanding in learning what i wanted out of my visits and was able to deliver incredible results. Kaveri was so amazing! She made me feel comfortable in talking about my health (judge free zone). She showed up to our meetings on time, and made it super easy for us to connect. She was super responsive to all of my questions and her health evaluation on me was super helpful to my wellbeing. I quickly felt a difference in my wellbeing after implementing some of her suggestions/practices. She is super kind, professional, and knowledgeable...I would 100% recommended her to anyone looking for an Ayurvedic health counselor.

It was a pleasure to work with Kaveri!! She was kind, honest and genuine. When I met with her, she made me feel more like her friend than a client. She patiently listened to all my health concerns. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what Ayurvedic method would work best for me.
