Hired on Thumbtack
We scheduled a cleaning service with them over a week ago, and on the day they were supposed to come, they first kept pushing back the time. Then they still didn’t show up at the time we agreed on, and I called them asking if they would still come today, and they said they couldn’t get in touch with one of the cleaning ladies, but they’ll let me know if they can come today. We had guests coming over later that day and my kid went to nap early afternoon, so I couldn’t just do nothing and wait for them the whole day. I told them they don’t have to come anymore and she hang up on me. They completely threw my plan off that day. If you don’t want to deal with last minute cancellation and unreliable service, I would strongly recommend to save your money and time and go somewhere else.
