I hired this company for a move-in deep clean with a clear list of action items I discussed with the owner in advance. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with which I appreciated. However, the cleaning itself fell short of expectations. As the cleaner was getting ready to leave my home, I shared concerns with the owner that several of the items we agreed to were not addressed. The owner contacted the cleaner, directing her to complete the tasks but the cleaner was resistant and dismissive. The owner decided to end the job and did not offer a solution. When I noticed that a handful of manuals were missing, I contacted the owner who informed me that the cleaner had thrown them away. In the best interest of both myself and the owner, I asked if he would consider sending another cleaner to make things right, to which he agreed. Following the second cleaning, I was still left with dusty walls and window sills, streaky windows, and even a torn window screen. If you’re looking for basic maintenance cleaning at a fair price, this company might be a good fit. But based on my experience, they are not suited for a detailed deep clean or for handling the level of care and professionalism a move-in clean requires.
