- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Staging promotion for the months of November and December. All stagings receive 1 month free when signing up for a 2-month staging rental.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• We provide up to a 1 hour Staging Consultation. This includes a walkthrough of the home followed up with a recommended To-Do List to prepare your home for sale. As well as a staging proposal. Once the proposal is accepted by the client, our designers will prepare a room design and select the appropriate furnishings for the home. • Room Design • Delivery of Staging Items • Room Configuration and Setup • Staging Item Rental • Accessories • Hang Art/Mirrors • Pack and Pickup of all staging items once the rental term is complete

Staging Certified BA in Art and Design Over 20 years of experience in the staging and design industry.
