We bought an older home that at one time had been a bit neglected and I really felt like I needed to confirm there was no sign of mold in our house, more as a reassurance. Rey was super professional, prompt, easy to talk to, and set my mind at ease. He was extremely thorough and talked us through the air testing process. Thankfully, the results showed there was no sign of mold, but if we ever have an issue in the future we would definitely contact My Pure Environment New England again. Highly recommend this company.
