Jim Bouchard presented at the PMI Mass Bay Chapter Professional Development Day - He was our keynote speaker and conducted one of the 4 hour workshops. Feedback from participants was very positive!     The quotes I send include complete Program Packages, with all the "bells and whistles", as a starting point. Once we connect, I'll learn as much as I can about your event, and I'll work with you to create the Program Package that best meets your needs! My goal is to provide the very best value I can!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I learn as much as I can about my client's needs by researching their organization and event. I schedule a pre-event call to learn how I can personalize my message to insure the best fit. I always try to exceed client expectations, and work with the meeting planner or director to make sure things go off without a hitch!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have over 30 years experience as a teacher, mentor, coach and entrepreneur. My experience as a Martial Artist helped to shape my message as a speaker, and define the programs I offer.
