Amanda is the best trainer! I have never seen better results than when I started training with her. She helps you get results by personalizing workouts and nutrition to match your needs. Her workouts have not only gotten me results I wanted to see, but have also immensely increased my strength and endurance. She is extremely flexible and is very creative with her workouts. She is truly an amazing and highly skilled trainer.

Amanda is an excellent trainer and a fantastic person. Not only does she provide excellent work out plans that are never the same but she is also very knowledgeable about nutrition and the explanation behind in. I look forward to my sessions with her and she is constantly following up with me on my progress. Since September I have lost 15 pounds and inches on my body and I have never felt better!

I have been working out 2x a week with Amanda for about a year and a half and she is EXCELLENT. She will talk to you about what your goals are and will figure out an individualized plan for you to meet those goals, both in terms of your workouts with her, workouts she can provide you on your off-days, and discussing your diet. She will definitely push you hard during workouts, but is also extremely careful and mindful of any injuries or limitations you may have. I am moving to another state which is the only reason I will no longer be working out with her but could not recommend her more!!
