- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I like to get in depth with them about their goals and why they want to achieve these goals. I like to do an initial intake and assessment to understand how you move and how best to tailor a workout program to you.

I love helping people both move better and feel better! I love seeing people achieve things they never thought they could do and coaching them to a new mindset around fitness.
