I kind of stumbled upon Geoff accidentally on social media and I cant be happier that I did. I already had some goals in mind for my health and well-being but felt lost and confused about how to reach them. In short, for me, I wanted to gain lean weight, not lose weight. I already knew I had to work out more and lift, but I never felt like I had the energy or desire to be consistent enough for real results. I also lacked the confidence needed to go to the gym on my own.After the in-person consultation, Geoff was able to take everything I told him about my current lifestyle and eating habits, and give it back to me in a way that was organized and easy to understand. That laid the groundwork for a plan we created together to help me reach my health goals. I decided to sign up for 2 workouts per week at Janey Elite Training. On top of that, Geoff scheduled 4 other workouts per week for me to do on my own. The plan duration was for 4 months.Geoff was my coach in every sense of the word. He made sure I understood what the workout plan consisted of, he consistently checked in with me and motivated me, and he enabled me to really pay attention to my body and how it reacted to my new regiment. Geoff ensured I was equipped with the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to succeed, especially on the days when I thought about scrapping the plan. And Janey Elite Training came with an app that tracked my progress!Geoff really got to know my strengths and weaknesses and subsequently personalized the workouts. He not only taught me several lessons about working out, but also about healthy eating, meal-planning, and injury prevention... Knowledge I will certainly carry with me forever. I went to J.E.T for a nutrition plan to help me improve my running training. Gianna was great and provided me with a four week program. The plan opened my mind to new foods that I would have never tried before. I believe that my running performance has improved, and I have more energy. Geoff is the best trainer I’ve had after so many years of working out. I needed more motivation and someone who would challenge mu fitness skills and I found him! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?JET's pricing structure is based off commitment. The bigger the commitment, the lower the per session rate and the more value your package has. Commitment and consistency will allow both trainer and client to establish a strong foundation to continue to build on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We take every client through a consultation and fitness assessment. One of our trainers will take you through different movement patterns, strength tests, balance and conditioning work. Using that information and what you're wanting to achieve, we're able to create a full fitness program tailored, specifically, for your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Each of the fitness professionals on our team not only have up to date certifications through ASCM, NASM, ACE and ISSA, but also specialty certifications ranging from MMA, nutrition, strength and conditioning, yoga, and more.
