This is a great place for anyone looking to get back into shape or even if you’re already in shape and want to get to the next level. I felt at ease the moment I met my trainer (April), she listened to what my fitness goals were, and the journey started. I have signed up for 3 more months with JET Boston because of their attention to detail, and the positive environment they have created. I wish I knew about JET sooner! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to work with Carla. It's been 4 months, and I have gained so much confidence in myself (thanks to her!). She is very supportive, knowledgable, and understanding. No matter if the session is in person or virtual, I always leave feeling so much stronger physically and mentally. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?JET's pricing structure is based off commitment. The bigger the commitment, the lower the per session rate and the more value your package has. Commitment and consistency will allow both trainer and client to establish a strong foundation to continue to build on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We take every client through a consultation and fitness assessment. One of our trainers will take you through different movement patterns, strength tests, balance and conditioning work. Using that information and what you're wanting to achieve, we're able to create a full fitness program tailored, specifically, for your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Each of the fitness professionals on our team not only have up to date certifications through ASCM, NASM, ACE and ISSA, but also specialty certifications ranging from MMA, nutrition, strength and conditioning, yoga, and more.
