I've never liked working out and couldn't stick with it...until I started training with Sabrina. She is very knowledgeable, supportive and motivating. I've been working out with her for three months and I look and feel stronger and healthier. She varies our workouts so I never get bored. She is encouraging and pushes me to work hard and smart. Now I actually enjoy working out! I look forward to continued success with Sabrina.

I absolutely love my sessions with Sabrina. She caters to my personal needs, she’s very knowledgeable, and makes me feel so comfortable. She challenges you appropriately, makes working out fun and generally makes you want to work out; none of that insecure feeling you get at a public gym. I would recommend her to anybody regardless of your fitness level.

I have worked with other trainers over the last 10 years and Sabrina is BY FAR the most knowledgeable, motivating and fun trainer I have ever had. She went through what my needs/goals were prior to starting my schedule. She makes each work out a unique and fun experience while at the same time knowing when to push me harder when I get complacent.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first workout is totally free for you to make sure it's the right fit! From then on, pricing is very simple: $9.99 for each 30 min session and $17.99 for each 60 min session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I leverage HipTrain to execute my sessions. You fill out a form to capture your availability and other relevant information about yourself. From there, you will start taking classes on the days and times that work best for you taking into account your current physical conditions to set our goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My specialties are Kung fu, Boxing, Roller derby, Weightlifting, and Swimming. Additionally, I have worked with group ages such as: Children (00-14 years), Youth (15-24 years), Adults (25-64 years), Seniors (65 years and over)
