I think what most clients aren't aware of is that there are THREE components to any fitness or fat loss related goal, not just two or one. Behavior modification, nutrition and fitness training. In the beginning, I decided to go for my personal training certification in order to coach my clients with proper technique and guide appropriate progression in their training program. As the years passed, I realized just being educated on fitness was NOT enough. I needed to get to the root cause of why my clients were at the place they were to begin with. There are many people out there who have exhausted themselves in the gym and are still at their same starting point. There are people out there who have tried every weight loss program in the book, yet they are still where they first started. As a holistic health practitioner, I get to the root cause of dysfunction in the body and work with it to cool down inflammation and accelerate its ability to burn fat. Without proper guidance, education and structure in your nutrition, you will not get to your goal. Without behavior modification and education on positive habit building, you will not get to your goal. You can work out 7 days a week, 2 times a day, but if you are not finding the root cause of why your at the place you are at now, there is not point to it! My approach not only focuses on personal training, I give you the tools to advance your nutrition habits through holistic meal planning and dietary guidance. No more outsourcing for a nutritionist or health coach, my program delivers a world-class technique that is well-rounded. The individualized holistic meal plans I create act as a launching pad for cultivating healthier behaviors. It is my job to make sure my clients are advancing and achieving their goals. I made it a goal to help my clients overcome obstacles they will face them at every step of the way, aiming to make the journey as painless as possible. Holistic meal planning builds a solid foundation, providing education on the benefits of preparing your own food, wholesome meals, maintaining energy and more. My program involves two services in one package for a low-cost to you! It is a world-class program that cant be beat.

Mica is one of the best in the industry. The space we train in is luxurious, private and quiet. She offers exceptional service overall. Free towels, clean space and a she offers an abundance of knowledge that will benefit you for the rest of your life. I chose Mica because of her positive energy and how her outlook was on my goal. There is no task too big for her as long as your willing to put in the effort. She gives 200% if you give 50. I love how structured her program is and how she treats every evaluation like it's a life or death situation, making changes necessary to get to your goal. Not only that but she always makes the workouts exciting and fun. I have lost a considerable amount of fat due to her diet recommendations and training with her 3 days a week. I am a loyal client that will follow her wherever she goes !!

Love working with Mica! I was working out at equinox and was paying way too much for training. The trainers seemed to be quite novice as well, nothing compared to her. I needed someone to kick my butt and help me with my nutrition and she did just that by starting me with an alternate food list. Training with her is the best part of my day. She's amazing.

Mica is the best, she is full of energy, excellents workouts, really cool tips and nutritional information. Every work out it's different, she provides all the equipment , has a lot of patience and never make you feel uncomfortable. I can't describe how happy I am with her ,the workouts and her guidance.
