Evelyn Hinde says, "Pleased with the speed of the installation of the new faucet I'd bought to replace the old one which turned out to be worn out and having no frozen pipes. Tech was professional in providing answers to my questions and corrected the error made by the original installer. Now the hot and cold water come out of the standard sides! When making my payment I requested a physical paper copy of the receipt be sent to me because my computer is not currently working properly and I cannot open or read the standard receipt he emailed to me. Mike P. says, "The compression shutoff valves at my place were really old and they don’t work any more. Mike offered a reasonable price, and did the work quickly and professionally. Since I wanted to change both kitchen and bathroom shutoff valves, Mike asked a friend to cams along. Everything was done within 50 mins from when the building water was shutoff, this minimized disruption to my neighbors. They did have to put in a bunch of new piping and so it ended up slightly more than original estimate. But after Mike left, I realized he also replaced my dishwasher shutoff valves too which wasn’t in the original ask. Mike was reliable and updated me with his schedule/ETA promptly. Overall couldn’t have asked for more. Here are some before/after photos, all the new shiny valves are the 90 degree turn valves. If I ever need any other plumbing work, I know who to call."See more

Charles White says, "In December 24, I noticed water leaking from the bottom of my furnace. I called Excell and was connected to Emily in the office. She connected me to Ethan who was out on the road. I sent some pictures of the leak to Ethan at his request a bit later two technicians from Excell came to the house. They looked at the situation and diagnosed that I needed a new valve inside the burner on Tuesday. I even showed up with a new valve to install. It turned out he didnt have the proper washes in the box. Apparently the replacement valve does not come as a kit in the wash has had to be ordered separately. Ethan came in the next day to review the situation and found the same with that. We had an order five washers which were only available in Hancock Maine all this took place on Friday and the washers couldnt ship out till Monday morning. Emily found that the washers were on Cape waiting for delivery Monday afternoon and they showed up Monday afternoon. Ethan promptly came to the house and installed the new valve with the proper washes and as of 2 oclock yesterday, I had heat and hot water. Ethan did a great job was communicative through the whole job and Zuzu was great help. I was very pleased with Ethan and Zeuss work."See more
