I sold a 2 bedroom Condo to a couple who had been searching for a while, and had specific requirements. The property they purchased was within 90% of their search criteria. It was a challenge since the price limited some of the features, never-the- less, with thorough research and commitment to my work, I was able to place them in a property they both loved.
