I highly recommend YIF because they always get the job done in all the services they provide. Boston is a landlord's market and I have dealt with numerous landlords in the past who didn't respond to maintenance issues, and know many other Boston renters who experience the same thing. Over 2.5 years, I have used both YIF Management's property management and real estate agent services. As a tenant at Newton Park for 2 years, the property management services have been impressive. YIF always responded to my maintenance requests within 24 hours and they work hard to fix any issues within a week. They also do a good job maintaining the yard all summer and promptly plow the streets and parking lots all winter. When I purchased a condo at Newton Park this year, YIF/Chase Realty was my buyer's agent; they represented me well and looked out for my best interests. I was able to close within 3 months, and as a condo owner, I am happy to continue to use YIF services for all my maintenance issues.
I hired 4 points to remove 15 windows that were removed during a renovation . the two men that arrived right on time got to work immediately and cleared not just the windows but some other debris that was on my property . i had agreed on a set price and they filled up there dump truck in short order. great job guys thanks. If I could give Pietro and his company 6 stars- I would do so without hesitation! The man is amazing- got me out of a tough spot with a dishonest renovation contractor, and was able to fill my vacancy with top notch renters when another realtor had let it sit vacant for months. He is hard working, available, responsive, and a total breath of fresh air in the real estate/ property management field. As I have told him- I wish you could be cloned and your clones fill all businesses. :) with the same work ethic and honesty.
Dave Seetaram at Beantown Property Management has been fantastic! He has had useful suggestions and been very organized in getting everything ready with the property.
Very happy with the property management services. The team is very professional and easy to work with. They've always been very prompt to answer our tenants and address any issue.
Jay installed a chandelier for me above my stairs. Although it was a tight spot, he managed to get through the project. He was professional and patient, even after running into a few snags. He did both the basic electrical work and demo/finish work. He even saw a small issue with our gate as he was leaving and fixed it free of charge. I would use Jay again for handyman work around the house.
Ross Mason has been my property mgmt. manager since 2015, and has provided a high-standard service to manage my house since I live outside US all the time. He is professional, quick responsive, and has always delivered beyond my expectation. I am very happy to work with Ross, and he is my first recommendation in property management.
I have worked with Better Place and its owners for over 5 years and the owners bring a trusting and professional asset management and leasing expertise to my business and I would highly recommend them.
I was pleased with Boston Capital Management on renting my condo. I would recommend them to a friend.
Steve Hornsby was very helpful in the transition process...going from developer management to a professional property manager. It was hard making the decision to give control over to an outside party but in working with Steve we feel it was the right thing to do. Steve is knowledgeable, caring, and confident in what he does. He has many contacts that are advantageous to the small condo organization.
We worked with Chris Mastrangelo from Peacock Properties to have our condo document financials reviewed and to have a summary of said results prepared. He presented his report clearly and completed the work in a timely fashion. We would definitely recommend Peacock Properties for anyone looking for property management services.
We hired Mount Vernon several months ago to be the property manager for a six-unit condominium in Dorchester. Our main point of contact has been Ken Olson. I am extremely pleased with Ken's work so far. He has done an excellent job communicating to our association members, assessing maintenance and capital renewal needs, preparing quotes, and managing our accounts. When I had accidentally overpaid my condo fees, he noticed and reached out to me pro-actively. He has helped our association navigate through a number of problems that were ignored or created by our previous management company. I just hope, for Ken and Mt. Vernon's sake, that our building will be easier to manage once we get through the time-consuming initial challenges that came with the transition from a bad management company to a really good one.
Our group has deciced to hire CPC Management,LLC

Too soon to give a full rating but so far the experience has been very professional and all responses to issues habe been timely. Michael and Jason appear to be very knowegdeable about the issues.

Someone jokingly said, we "care about our properties and we don't charge extra for that"!
Personally handle the work. You hire me and I will work diligently to get the job done.
