They were cleaning up and I told them that I can do it but their work surface was always clean. They explained to me what things could go wrong and why things must be done the way they were.-Review of office: Communication was great and they were really patient in helping me figuring things out. They also were very accommodating to a sudden change due to loss of power so we needed to reschedule the day before. My one and only complaint was I wish they had helped me make the entire process more economical in terms of a scheduling but that totally also fell on me as I coordinated everything. Overall they were very helpful to a regular homeowner like myself and was transparent with pricing. Although it was a premium to have a licensed person do it."See more
