Rudy G. says, "Excellent service! I had a very difficult drain backup that was causing water from upstairs to back up into my basement sink. The problem turned out to be a stubborn blockage with roots in the drain line. The technician took the time to properly diagnose the issue, used different methods to clear the blockage, and ran a camera through the line to make sure the problem was actually resolved. What really impressed me was that they didn’t just guess or try to sell me unnecessary work, they kept working until they found the source of the problem and got everything flowing properly again. The difference is night and day. Everything is draining normally now, and after dealing with this problem for a while, it’s a huge relief. Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and persistent. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone dealing with a difficult drain or sewer problem. 5 stars!"See more

I met with Tom to go over an issue with the sump pump in my basement. He was extremely professional and offered his honest opinions about my issue. Would highly recommend.

Precision Basement Waterproofing
Precision Basement Waterproofing
Working with Precision Basement Waterproofing was downright effortless and I'm thrilled we were able to hire them for our sump pump replacement. Nate showed up when he said he would for both the estimate and for the scheduled job. The work was completed swiftly and thoroughly and the area looks great. In addition to offering quality work at a competitive rate, I especially appreciated Nate's willingness to answer my questions so I could be confident I understood the problem and the solution he offered. He was friendly and generous with his knowledge so that I could relay the project details to other condo owners within my building, and didn't talk down to me or try to give me the run-around because of my gender. PBW's office staff were great as well. Kristal made scheduling easy and was on top of making sure I had the insurance paperwork necessary for my condo association. 5-star work and people all around - thank you!
