I'd choose all of the above if I could. Steven responded quickly and was there right away. What we all thought was going to be a fairly easy fix was much more complex. He was personable, persistent with Verizon and go the job done. I will definitely use Carter I.T. Networking Services again and again. Such a relief knowing him as me and my 86 year old mother aren't networking savvy at all!!

Responded to me asap, was able to set up a time even if my work schedule was terrible, he came in n fixed my problem in under 3 minutes. Definitely recommend to anybody!!!. My problem was the blue screen of death couldn’t fix it myself n didn’t wanna mess up my computer but he knew exactly what to do.
