Mr Carter was available soon after I submitted the request for computer technical service. I wanted my computers and all the hookups checked due to long term, intermittent internet problems that Comcast said they were not responsible for. He found that all my equipment was working properly. Armed with that information, I again called Comcast and they found and repaired a damaged outside cable and replaced the old, possibly defective, modem. Without Steven's knowledge and expertise, I wouldn't have had the information needed to insist on Comcast finally resolving the problem.
