Youngmi's Violin Studio

Hi, I’m Youngmi, a professional violinist based in Boston. I hold both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Violin Performance from Mannes School of Music in New York and recently completed my Graduate Performance Diploma at Boston Conservatory at Berklee. I was also the winner of Concerto Competition and have performed at venues including Mechanics Hall, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and Symphony Hall. With over 10 years of teaching experience, I work with students of all ages and levels — from complete beginners learning how to hold the violin for the first time to advanced students preparing for auditions, competitions, youth orchestras, conservatory programs, and college applications. My lessons focus on building a strong technical foundation while developing confidence, musicality, and independent practice skills.
