Introduction: I customize wellness programs that incorporate yoga, brain based fitness, therapeutic movement, strength & conditioning and intuitive eating. I aim to give clients the tools to get strong and stable, improve posture, move athletically, manage and over come pain, understand basic Yoga poses deeply, get into challenge poses safely, reduce stress, and incorporate a sustainable wellness program into their lives. I love it when I see someone hit a challenge pose or move with more confidence, and less pain. Or to see someone shift their focus from rapid weight loss or a "bikini body" mindset, to creating a sustainable relationship with nutritious food, and intelligent exercise. This is something that begins inside and radiates way beyond just being "fit". Every BODY is different, and every new challenge, talent, fear, etc. leads to inspiration and a shared creativity in finding tools that will cultivate your best expression.

I've had trouble with my lower back for years and she assessed my specific movement issues and built a plan to improve, strength, and reduce pain. I was lucky when I met Krista for my first official Yoga session. Can’t believe it’s been over a year now! She’s such a great instructor, precise on movement and posture. She cares about people and would carefully design the class based on my conditions. Who doesn’t want the yoga mentor to be a great friend as well?

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I start with a free phone consultation, and in person or online assessment. I then create a sequence that I feel will best meet your needs, so that when we meet we have a baseline to work from. Once I see how you move and assess within a program, I can make adjustments from there and add or remove exercises based on what you need. Most of us have postural, breathing and movement deficits, so a great deal of the homework I send you will aim to correct these deficits; so that you are performing optimally to meet your goals.
