I called Keno because my freezer was not maintaining temperature. Ramin arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem, Freon gas leak. He gave me 2 options, one to just refill the gas (cheap but potentially short term fix) and one to replace coil and compressor (expensive but complete repair). As I debated the options he suggested we start with the gas and see how it goes, and if it didn’t work he’d credit 1/2 the fee for the gas towards the more expensive fix. I thought that was more than fair. After the service the refrigerator has been working perfectly. The cost was very reasonable, much less than I’d have paid one of those big appliance repair rackets. Thanks Ramin.

Absolutely excellent! My dishwasher wasn’t working and Keno appliance came same day I contacted them, were able to figure out the problem fast and explain everything clearly.
