Very professional. Prompt and well in touch. Moved three very large pieces of furniture up a patio flight of stairs and in through a sliding glass door. Was very nervous, but this went off without a hitch. Excellent work.

At a competitive price, Mike and Chris did an amazing job. We realized that we bought many furnitures only after we disassembled and packed them. Though they did not make an on-site visit, their estimated hours were perfect. During the whole 2.5 hours of load+move+unload, they'd have taken, hmm, two minutes to rest ! Would definitely recommend them to others. Cheers.

Mike and his team were amazing. Lamar, Jamie and Nate were kind, fast, helpful and funny! Moving is the worst and having a team who keeps a positive attitude and vibe makes a huge difference. Because I booked late, they had to rent a truck from uhaul in the morning which did impact our start time - but they did a tremendous job on my five mile local move with complicated furniture and random box sizes. They even installed my a/c and did a great job setting up furniture. These guys are awesome!

Such a great experience moving to my new apartment with the help of Mike! Super punctual, communicative and great value for money. Disassembled and assembled bed in under 10 mins! Heavy items were carefully shrink wrapped and brought in effortlessly! Definitely recommended them to my friends who are looking to move soon. Highly recommend! 👍🏽

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we do. We get a list of items from each customer so then we can figure out how much time each move will take. Our customers pay by the hour for our service, we are transparent and work with integrity.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering some basic information about the customer and their potential move so we can access their needs and provide them with the exact service they require. We then get a list of the items they are moving and from there give them a guaranteed quote for those items.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner of this company I have been in the moving business for 10 years now and have worked with many different customers and on many different jobs. I have the qualities and experience needed to serve each and every customer.
