- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Chase Realty Group provides a full range of services relating to brokerage, condominium, and residential property management. Our residential property management fee starts at 5%, condominium management rates are competitively low, listing rates begin as low as 1.25%. Our buyer clients will benefit from a 25% brokerage referral fee. All rentals subject to no more than a half a months fee from our owners. Pricing is subject to change based on size and distance. Chase Realty Group will always provide negotiation opportunities for all of our clients to work within their budgetary constraints.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Chase Realty Group understands that in the modern age that communication can be done through our computers and mobile devices, however our firm does and will always believe this is an in person industry that will always require physical walk throughs of property’s and in person meetings to fully ensure our clients comfort and satisfaction. Once introduced to our new clients, we conduct a thorough Q&A to outline their full needs and wants. Walkthroughs of the property are recommended by our firm to ensure our clients satisfaction, upon which our office conducts a fully integrated meeting with our trustees, owners, and brokerage clients to fully map out their goals and expectations so our firm can properly execute.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All agents are properly licensed and all property managers go through extensive quarterly training keeping them abreast of property management and condominium laws along with any changes including Massachusetts statue chapter 133-a.
